Agility Mode ---Instructions in Detail

Searched. ..and Searched and Searched.
Read and Read for days before posting.

I have an XTOOL D8BT
Looking to enable Agility mode myself.

Here's what I've found so far.... lots of "remote admins" and applications I can download with no clear instructions on what specifically is required to enable Agility mode.
I also have paddle shifters on the steering wheel I'd like to enable.

Does anyone have the specific instructions/info on how to enable "Agility Mode" I want to do it myself not Hire BenzKarateKid, etc.
I would appreciate any help or guidance.
