so a local has a 2008 slk55 amg up for sale. going price of $8k. im hesitant because it has the 7 speed auto and 240k miles on it with nothing rebuilt. it has been very well maintained, and dosent show its mileage on the outside or inside. im just very hesitant about the millage on it. so what im asking is, is this worth it? will i be able to get a good amount of miles(20k+) before it needs rebuilt? or is this just gonna be lighting money on fire and watching it burn scenario?
