We both have Caspian Blue. I'm not sure what color it is overseas. However, I'm fairly confident it's the same as yours. Color shifts between blue, black, and slight green.

DSB - Lovely SLK.
What are you lowered on? What size tires are you running? Any rubbing? Do you know your wheel widths/offsets?

Thanks firstslk55 and WyattH,
Lowered on Brabus springs and #1 pad in the rear. Not sure of the offset, but wheels/tires are:
DPE R07s
19x8 235/35
19x10 265/30

Thanks, DSB.
MaxBoost - That looks AWESOME. I love White.
Just wondering - why are you guys choosing Brabus springs? Compared to, example, H&R?
I can't find information to compare the drops and spring rates, but I do know H&R drops 1.2'' F & R, and they are well known for their quality. Just don't know much about Brabus outisde of the MB World, and even then, haven't heard much about their springs - and I think they're 2x the price?

The Brabus springs are great! Ride comfort is excellent and the drop is real nice. I bought mine back in June 06 and paid $500 CDN for them.
I can't comment on the H&R. I picked Brabus because I think it was the only option available at the time. I read somewhere either on here or benzworld.org that Brabus springs are rebadged Eibach springs with the price hike. I can't verify if that is indeed true or not though.

Agree with Max Boost regarding Brabus springs. In addition, they feel very similar to OEM which is a good thing. I simply wanted the car a little lower but not necessarily stiffer. You'll already get a more firm ride from the 19" low profile tires.
BTW, you car does look awesome Max Boost. White looks great and is very rare too.

I think the Brabus springs would work fine with the 030 but keep in mind that the 030 is supposed to have a different (more aggressive, firmer) suspension than the standard 55. I would first see what pads you have.
Regarding the pads...
In the rear of the SLK, MB will use various pads to raise/lower or even out the stance of the vehicle. Pad #1 is 5mm thick, #2 9mm, #3 13mm, #4 17mm.
So, if you were to originally have #4 then switch all the way down to #1, you would drop 12mm (roughly 1/2") in the rear.
There is only one way to identify what size you currently have, read about it here:

FirstSLK55,
Post up some pics. I'd love to see a white SLK with DPE's!
