SLR oil changes & other crazy expenses

Considering SLR roadster vs. 599 - very familiar w/ Ferrari manitainence costs. Heard something crazy about $10k oil changes and that no US body shops can repair damage to the CF body panels...

any knowledgeable comments appreciated.
