So I just had a customer contact me with quite a stable of exotics one of which is a 2006 SLR. He has put a few different wheel combinations on his car and it will drive about 5 miles and then throw itself into limp mode. I retrieved codes most referring to Speed implausible and gear 2,3,4 ratio implausible. I can only assume that the other shops had not cleared the DTC between Swapping wheel combinations.
Going to try the original wheels and reset TCU . Any other possibilities?
