Differential Oil for SLS AMG
I noticed that some AMG vehicles that have the performance package require differential oil change after first 3000 km (1800 miles).
Does the SLS AMG require the same ? and why?
your replies are higly appreciated

If you have an LSD, which I think you do, then you should have the dealership change the differential oil. It is a free service over here.

If you have an LSD, then yes.... AMG ships out LSDs with "break-in" oil, which is just regular LSD oil except they add a few additives for break-in period. Apparently those additives are designed only for use in the first couple of thousand miles.

Either way, it wouldn't hurt to change it if you are concerned about it.

good. i just double checked and found out that the SLS does not require differential oil change after the first 3000 km.
