SLS Ceramic Brake Problems!!

I have a new 2012 SLS with ceramic brakes.

I own other supercars and some with ceramic brakes.... I ordered the SLS with these brakes because my experience with other manufacturers using carbon ceramics has been great! They operate consistently and smoothly, whether the conditions are hot or cold, - fast or slow!

The brakes on the SLS are grabbie and unpredictable at best, - which to me, -makes the car unsafe and unenjoyable to drive. Mercedes' response so far has been that "these are the characteristics of ceramic brakes and that the car is operating as Mercedes designed it to work..."

Has anyone else experienced this problem, - and how did you get it resolved?

Normally racing products that are made of carbon are either on/off. Very rarely are they smooth. They are made to withstand enormous amounts of heat but they do not last long.

If you do want a more user friendly setup, just switch to a steel setup. Smooth brake transition from pedal feel to delivery of brake pressure.
