SLS Gullwing
New to sls world
I just saw an sls next to me and I hadn't seen one in a long time. Started to think about picking one up and now I'm here. I've done some reading regarding the improvements they made on 2013, but was wondering if I should only look for 2013 or newer? Do you think the improvement have really changed the car?
Price is also all over the place. What should a sub 10k asking price be?
I'm totally excited on picking one up and hearing that engine sound 😊😊

sls gullwing, sls roadster, panoz esperante gtlm
I have 2 2013 sls's ... a gullwing & roadster. First of all, if you are in the US you can get an extended warranty from Mercedes to 7 years and 70,000 miles. But, ask your local mercedes dealer if the serial number of the car you want is eligible for that extension. I like the 2013 better than the earlier ones and they seem to hold their value better. Color makes a big difference as it does on most collectibles. My gullwing is Alubeam with red leather & piano wood .. the Alubeam was a $12,750 option and, in my opinion, is what will make this a collectible. Both my SLS's are daily drivers and are very reliable. Good luck.
