New Sls owner : Trickle charging issues
Hello folks... Just got me a 2011 Sls in Alubeam silver.
Still figuring his car out. One of the issues is that I am unable to get the trickle charger to work.
I have an existing ctek 3300 that puts out 3.3A. I bought a magnetic connector for it yet looks like it does not complete the circuit and the charging cycle does not start.
On the other hand the same charger works when plugged into the terminal.
Is it possible that 3.3Amps is not enough at the trickle charge port or there is some other problem because the circuit does not look like it completes?
Also do I have the right battery? Car came with a Bosch S6. Pic attached

Welcome!! That battery is not stock one of course. Here is a thread on parts. Post up pics of your car. Where you located?
