Does anyone have any experience with repairing Alubeam paint? We are looking to repair a small scuff on the lower lip/bumper. AMG dealers are telling me they can not guarantee a match. Thoughts?
No one can guarantee a match on any color. Take it to a certified Mercedes Body shop and they should be able to match it with a few tries if the paint layers are applied correctly per Mercedes specs. The base for alubeam is actually black followed by the silver layer and finally the clear coat.
