I purchased a new bovee to connect my phone for wireless music but it’s not working.
when I connect it the music on my phone stops like its being transmitted to the car but no sound. I have used this product on several cars and brands with no problem.
My 458 Spider has an odd starting process but I can get it connected properly.
is there a trick to getting this to work?

I had the same problem when I installed my Bovee. I bought a replacement cable from Bovee and that solved the problem which amazed me because I doubted there was a problem with the standard Mercedes cable as it looked perfect. Apparently the cables are finicky and can fail over time. BTW the B&O is a great system and sounds much better on BT than it does on XM which is very compressed. hope this solves your problem.
