since i listed mine there have been a couple of sales. Most recently a black one with 6000+ miles and a modified steering wheel and no window sticker or other accessories among other things sold for $700k+ BAT fee. I feel my car is priced right based on comps. Correct me if im wrong.

I don’t think so
There are just fewer prospects at that price point. Dealers want 10% or more to consign it. Have you considered listing here?

Potentially I could buy your car, but would have to unload 2 or 3 cars to do so. My approach is that I'm able make more while still enjoying a few cars without tying up much more capital in one.
I think BaT is a viable option, but you'll have to babysit the auction, and deal with any criticisms warranted or not.
If Mercedes is like Ferrari, the dealers collude and won't compete with each other once the VIN is in their system, so keep that in mind.
Pay for good photos.
