Hallo,
my girlfriend is about to move to the US. Can she bring her german spec Smart Passion overthere. Does she have to changes some things to register it. Is there somekind of inspection before you register your car?

okay i've read the declaration. since she is a citizen of the us. she'll do 5 b and then sell car to a importer after one year. do you think this will be a good idea? can she just go to a impoter and sell it to him after a year. or does she already have know who she is going to sell the car to.
this way she won't even have to do any changes to the car right? so what i do? just fill out the thing and go to a registration place.
