US-64 in Western TN, Eastern NC

US-64 in Western TN, Eastern NC
I drove from my parent's house in AL to my brother's house in SC today. Rather than taking the Interstate slog through Atlanta I went north through Chattanooga then took US-64 across western Tennessee and eastern North Carolina.
Wow, what a great driver's road, at least in places! Parts of the route were just ordinary four lane but other parts had tight, unequal radius turns with spectacular views. Plus Monday traffic was very light.
