If you're looking for a good, honest indy shop in the Charlotte area, take a look at MB of Lake Norman in Huntersville. http://www.mboflkn.com/

I recently had some fairly significant service done there and they were a lot more reasonable than the dealers in the area and did a great job.

I'm not affiliated with them in any way, but it's so hard to find good shops I wanted to put the word out.

 

Eurowise in Charlotte and GMP is also good. GMP just had a full article done on their shop in European Car last month. They have been in the business for 30+ years.
