GMP Performance Is Looking For An Experienced Technician To Join Team! Charlotte, NC
GMP Performance is looking to add an enthusiastic and energetic team player with at least 5 years of European car experience, preferably with Porsches, interested in performing thorough and efficient aftermarket accessories installations.
We specialize in performance upgrades for newer model European vehicles ranging from ECU upgrades, complex radar installations, to supercharger and turbocharger installs, to suspension installs, to exhaust system installs, to custom wheel building and tire mounting and balancing. We are located in Charlotte, NC and our hours are Monday to Friday from 9am until 6pm as well as the second Saturday of the month from 10am to 2pm. We embody an installation philosophy, offering a unique opportunity to the right technician interested in performing installations to the highest level. We do need a team player and someone who is willing to stay late of come in early to make sure jobs stay on schedule. Past experience is important as we hope to find someone that is ready to hit the ground running.
Our shop has state-of-the-art Hunter Hawk Eye Alignment Equipment, Hunter Road Force Balancer and 2-post lifts that have custom arms designed to reach underneath even the lowest cars. We have standard shop equipment but the technician will need to have all their own tools. Our website is http://www.gmpperformance.com and has a vehicle gallery to see our work. We pay an hourly base and offer a commission on work completed. Health insurance is covered after 90 days. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required. We have a comprehensive insurance policy to cover the high-line vehicles that we work on and they require approval for drivers added to our policy.
