add more members quickly?
I came across the mbworld forum by accident. When I ask people at the different mb dealers about it they don't seem to know about it either. (or care)
Just wondering, anyway to bring the dealers on board. Send out information to them, see if they would pass it along to people buying a car? Flyers or even decals they could put up. Maybe a link off the dealer websites??

I've only had one check come through, cashed it in for cash so I could send the money back to HQ for more decals
I think it'd be fantastic to try to get a bunch of cars at the dealership slapped with the decals so whoever saw the car would know about the website. Free advertising rocks

man, I would love to get my dealer on board. I just think he is not interested in a place like this. What would he do here? I doubt he has time for whoring.

It would take a dealer of a "same mind" intellectually to participate here. I've told all three dealers here in Dallas about the forums years ago, and they couldn't care less, nor did they want to give out our stickers with cars sold.

This forum = knowledge. I don't think they want the consumer to know more than they do about their product. Wouldn't take much.
Walking around the dealership waiting for the car to be serviced it was fun to listen to the some of the salesmans complete lack of knowledge about most of the cars he is selling.

it's all about "What's in it for me" (aka $$$). Unless you show them some monetary gain, they aren't interested in giving advertising for anything. [sighhhh]
