E-mail Notification request
Please disable the "E-mail notification" as a default. Make it selectable, but it shouldn't be checked as a standard setting.
Yesterday, my mailbox FILLED with messages. Two for each reply to each post I entered. It was insanity!!

You can set that in your profile. Go to "User CP", then click on "Edit Options". From here, choose No to the option of <b>"Use Email Notification by default"</b>. From that point, your posts will NOT have email notification turned on by default.
