How about a Profiles forum? On the VW Passat board that I belong to, they have forums separated by region (USA East, USA West, Europe, etc.) that people can post the minute details on their car. (For an example, click on "My Car" in my sig.) You can post pics to your heart's content, and perhaps save some bandwidth by moving the pic(s) in your sig to that profile. (Not that I mind the pics, but when you're connected at 56.6, everything seems slow...)
