Making a thread a sticky
This question is basically for the mods: I made a thread in the w203 section regarding Manheim. It was suggested to me that it might make a good sticky. I've posted that question on the thread but a mod hasn't responded to it, so I thought I'd post it here as well. Is it possible to do so?
