In addition to closing threads for items expressly marked sold, I would find it very useful to close and remove classified threads where the seller is unresponsive for a long period of time, provided another member or members have tried to contact the seller with no response, so that threads are not removed simply for being inactive.

Don't these vBulletin things have a way for users to "Report thread to mod"? All of us can help with this one Then we can just put something like "Close Thread" in the title and the mods will know what to do.
