Sponsor abuse?
I don't read all the forums here, but in the W211 forum, the sponsors abuse their sponsorship and spam the crap out of the forum. Tonight, there's 6 posts - all within a minute of each other - from one of the sponsors.
I realize this is a free forum and supported by ads and sponsors, but you should really set rules and limits on these guys. ONE post is sufficient and they can bump it hourly if they want. SIX posts (and Vossen isn't the only one) is nothing more than SPAM and detracts from the credibility and enjoyability of this forum.
It's the only forum I belong to that uses this business model and it's very unpleasant.

I know sponsors are important to the site owner, but it's a 2 way street. Again, create a sponsors forum and I'll subscribe to it. Then, the a new post is made, voila, I get an email. Good for sponsors, good for us. Site admin, why not?

Hi and thank you for your feedback. There are rules in place that should help reduce excessive sponsor posts. Please use the reported post function to alert the staff to a vendor who you feel is spamming a forum. It is not in a vendor's best interest to flood a forum with ads as the damage to their community image will affect potential customers. Again, report them and we will review. Thanks.
