If only vB had the user comment moderation system like that of Slashdot... then we'd be able to tell the informative contributors from the non-productive ones.

How does this bother you? The OT forum is not exactly a technical forum where the content counts. If you took the "junk posts" out it would be pretty quiet here.
If it does bother you, just stick to your other forum and don't look.

Why not? Isn't off topic part of mbworld? You might cut down the number of posts in Off Topic but you'll only increase the amount of frivilous posts in the other forums. I know where you're going though and sometimes I agree with you. What I really want is a slimmed down version of mbworld where you can disable all graphics and such. Later on add a point system where when you make contributable information to the forum members can select to add points to you which ranks you as MVP on the forum

Somebody asked about cutting out the graphics. I turned off all avatars and sig files from my view, mostly because it was hard to have JamE55's jogging large-breasted avatar bouncing around while my boss came by for a visit.

Seriously, I've read somewhere that while some federal European taxes sound rediculous (~44% in Austria), they do not pay state taxes and alot of other junk taxes, so the total taxation rate is not that much different than it is for the wealthiest in America. So now most people are probably paying 40-45%.. and don't even realize it!
