Scammer

Do not purchase anything or do anything. i am still trying to receive my money back or parts. person face time me to show me each part i wanted. once money was sent kept delaying and went completely ghost on me. found him active on instagram and once i commented has not been on it again. called his number and text and voicemails and nothing. he has a business name Xquizitcarsalon in New York.
if anyone has any advice or has been scammed to let me know. thank you
