Stopped receiving email updates

Stopped receiving email updates

Daily thread posts have stopped coming to my email inbox. Started on February 9th 2021. Prior to that date, I received a daily summary of all new posts from the forums I am subscribed to. I have checked in my junk mail and mbworld.org is definitely in my address book. Any suggestions on how I can resume receiving daily updates? I am on a Windows 10 computer and normally receive my emails using Microsoft Outlook.

Email notifications are working correctly on a global level. The problem you're having is the email server your email provider uses is not accepting emails from MBWorld. The emails queued and attempted to be sent to you are bounced back because your email provider returns a generic error. There is very little MBWorld can do since MBWorld is not a customer of the email provider you're using. Specifically, your email provider is using a 3rd party service that appears to have an issue. So there's a few layers involved. You can attempt to contact your email provider to report the complaint, as you're their customer, or you can use a different email provider.

I am on the phone with my email server Earthlink tech support right now. They have told me they have now unblocked MBWorld.org and I should begin received your emails soon.

Can you send a test email to my fun@sunlink.net account now to confirm if my ISP has unblocked MBWorld Forum?

A test email was sent from the mail server.

My original email is still not working. I have changed my MBworld account to an alternate email provider. Hopefully, this will restore my daily subscriptions.
