Discussion forum with MB customer service

Hello,

due to the apparent increasing dissatisfaction with MB product quality, reliability and customer service, more and more people have voiced their wish to notify MB headquarters of this forum as many feel that MB has no knowledge of its existence and it offers constructive criticism from real cusomers and MB enthusiasts. I know this may be far-fetched, but wouldn't it be possible to set up/organize a discussion forum with customer service reps that have the power to say and change things here? I think that would give many people a chance to voice their complaints and suggestions and give Mbn helpful insight on what to improve upon.

I would tend to agree. You know there just HAS to be someone from MB that monitors this type of site. That's not to say they will acknowledge that fact, but I'll bet good money that they are aware of most of the enthusiast sites.

Feedback to MB HQ

I would think that a very well organized forum geared specifically toward providing pointed customer feedback would be on very strong interest to both dealers, MBUSA and MB Corporate.

I'm sure a few up at the top read it, but will they take action?

Not until pigs start flying and the entire world embraces a socialist type of economy where money and profits mean nothing.
