Its becoming disheartening that so many people post and expect others to spend time answering their queries yet they never respond with what the fix actually was. So we have an endless number of threads that go nowhere.
Maybe a site wide reminder to members that asks that they post what the fix actually turned out to be? This would certaincertainly up the quality of the information over time.
