New in box set of Rear H&R Sport Springs for 98-03 W163 MLs - Avg Lowering of 1.0" - for MLs with No Flat Spring Ends. $150 Plus shipping of $37

I also have the stock front sway bar from my 01 ML55 for sale - fits 320s+ same years and makes a big difference over their stock one. $50 plus shipping.
