FS: W203/W209 H&R Coilovers SoCal Only

I just upgraded to Bilstein PSS9, so I'm getting rid of my H&R coilovers. I'm the second owner. First owner said they had 13K mi on them, I put about 7K mi own them. The collar on the driver side strut is stuck in the lowest position. It was like that from the first owner. I tried like hell to get loosen them up, but to no avail. From that, you can see some marks from vise grips and various wrenches on that strut. Some of the red paint on the front springs rubbed off when my tires were rubbing and didn't have wide enough spacers for about 5 mi of driving. I never threw on the rear shocks, so I'm not sure what working condition they are in. The front struts and all the springs work perfectly fine. I have the adjustable collars for the rear too. I actually liked how the drop looked with these compared to my Bilsteins. The ride was just too stiff for me with these roads in LA, so I upgraded to the Bilsteins.

I'm not interested in shipping these out. I can send pics later if someone is interested. I live in downtown LA and head down to SD regularly. We can arrange a meet somewhere or you can swing by my apt, I prefer the latter. Realistically, I'm looking to get $500 OBO. Priced for a fast sell.
