what he is selling are the KW HAS which is the height adjustable suspension. It uses the OEM shocks, and converts them to coil overs.
As you see in the photo of the kit, the two screws with purple. This is the adjustable part. You can have any height you want. The HAS is supposed to help keep the car from swaying in the turns. I had these on my S4 and really liked them.
