Has anyone had a bad experience with Mercedes Works.com of California. I ordered a right side electric mirror for my 1985 300CD which their web site said was in inventory almost 2 months ago and after a month I called to see if it was shipped and they told me it was being repaired before it was shipped. Two weeks later I called again and they told me it was not there and they would return my money. It's been a week and no refund. Has anyone had a similar experience or should I give them more time?
