One of my Mercedes the C280 4matic 2007 with 65000 mls shows check engine. A visit to. Mercedes technician after a checking with the scanner I had the bad news that this particular model all the time had a problem with the cam shaft.. I stopped using the car and use my CLK 55amg. Now is Mercedes can fixed the problem , because it’s came with the car and is not my fault. The car always was serviced according to the instructions of Mercedes and the oil wa changed every year with less tthan 1000 mls traveling. Is Mercedes will take the responsibly for their mistakes or not? Using.a lawyer is not the best ways to deal withproblems. I would like to have a advise and a definite answer. Thank you
