Mass air flow sensor 1 has a malfunction

I ave a Mercedes C220 S204 from 2011
I hav a erro code P0110129 Mass air flow sensor 1 has a malfunction.
I have change the sensor but i still have the code. And my car does not run very well.
is there anybody who knows What may be wrong
