I was trying to do my brake pads and the car engaged the electric brake while the caliper is off. Thus pushing the piston up.
I can not disengage it, so I can’t put the pads and caliper on.
i did not know about the pad replacement option until after I started. I tried to go in and do this, I get error saying conditions not met. I read an article in here that said to push the button in when the terror appears and it will correct. It did not.
when I touch the caliper and try to push it in, fluid squirts out.
Any advice? I can’t even get the tire in to have it towed.
Did you figure this out??? Same thing happened to me I’m about to buy a brand new assembly because I can’t find any info on how to correct this!! Please reply on how you situated this!!
