M113k unresolved missfire cyl. #5

Hey guys,

Need some help solving the issue with my newly rebuild m113k. Any help/insight/suggestions highly appreciated!

Everything on the engine is new, the car idles normally but after starting to drive even with little throttle the engine starts misfiring. Ever since I put the new engine in the problem was consistent at cyl. #5 then it goes usually to #5 and #6 while driving or the other day it was #5 and #7 while driving.

Tried putting new coils, cables, spark plugs, injectors, rail some things even multiple times in order to try and get the misfire on the other bank but with no success.
I even ran a compression test on the #5 and went in with an endo camera and everything is intact.

Feeling like I am running out of options...

NOTE:

The car is modifid with a 90mm throttle body with catless exhaust, egr was removed including the secundary air and the supercharger bypass valve.
Air intake is a single K&N cone air filter going straight up through the hood.

The egr and secundary air was coded out along with the post cat o2 sensors as for the bypass valve I have still to figure out a way to remove it.

Thanks in advance!

Best,
Peter
