Gasoline smell inside the cabin of C250
Hello!
For quite some time now i have been having an issue with my 2013 C250 with the HVAC system. Sometimes it smells like gas through the vents. I noticed this only happens after I have been driving at high speed (On the freeway), once I get off the freeway I start to smell the gasoline smell. I'm not sure how to fix this as I have already replaced the seals on the gas tank (which was recommended to me by a technician). The smell does not persist if I turn on the recirculation, not sure why this is, but it gives me headaches and my car is out of warranty so I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else been experiencing the same issue? I also know that MBENZ is undergoing a lawsuit for their HVAC systems for a range of cars. Does anyone know what else might be causing this or how I can fix this? I would be very appreciative of any input! Thanks
