(02 CL55) Car no electrical power at all after replacing rear SAM.

(02 CL55) Car no electrical power at all after replacing rear SAM.
Hello!

Yesterday I just got done installing a new rear SAM when I was having issues with the key not turning or lightning up the dash.

I went to put the fuse panel back into place when I got a spark on the red far left grounding cable then everything went dead.

I know for a fact I shorted something , the battery is brand new and fully charged.

I just don’t know what fuse exactly would cause that.

please let me know.
