99 clk 320 soft top will not open

hi hopefully someone can help me just picked up a 99 clk 320 convertible my problem is the soft top will not open with the switch and after manually opening top it will close perfectly i have checked fuses ,relays,micro switch and wiring all seems to be ok does anyone have a possible solution for my problem
