Brake Fluid Flush w/Vacuum?

First time doing brakes on ABS equipped vehicle (W205). I am used to using vacuum to flush brake fluid, but have noticed people using pressure at the master cylinder instead. Is there a problem using vacuum at the caliper on these cars?

vacuum will introduce air into system and then will have to bleed entire system - not worth hassle.

Better to use turkey baster and remove from master cylinder to low level line and refill and then bleed brakes of old fluid.

G550
I researched both methods before going with the Motive system. Motive makes the job possible by 1 person and minimizes the possibility of air intrusion. The only downside is it takes more fluid than the system is going to need. The fluid capacity of my G550 is spec'd at 1 liter, and I had to buy 2 liters to ensure the pressure vessel remained sufficiently full during the process. So there's a bit of waste, but negligible considering the greater ease of the overall job.
