When I bought the car the previous owner advised using the choke to keep the car going until it warmed up. I assumed the carb needed a rebuild so I had it professionally done. After reinstalling the carb I drove the car and it performed well but two weeks later it would not move while putting it in gear - I may have over used the choke - after checking the plugs they were drenched in fuel. Today I replaced the plugs and car started and moved but after stopping a quarter mile at a stop sign it would not move again until starting and trying to move it 15 times. Once it did move I drove it back to the garage. Any advice on my car / issue? thanks.
