Hello everyone i have a problem with my ML 350 i have changed everything for valve train but still noise is coming from there

Could be lifters, camshaft wear, or low oil pressure. Double check those sometimes it’s something simple like the wrong oil viscosity. If all else fails, get a pro to diagnose.
