i dont think you can actually post the video unless you have it as a mpeg or any other sorta thing. try uploading as a single link, if not, just post the link and let us click and watch through youtube?

 

I think you can't. Never seen anyone do it, and many have asked / tried.

You will need to upload your video to a website that allows video sharing, then copy the link and post in your thread. Search for 'where to upload videos for free' on Google and you'll get several options. I hope that helps.
