Test of ability to delete thread
I thought the OP used to be able to delete a thread that they started. Either that was never the case or it has been lost with an update to the forum

As far as I know you need to be given permission to delete your posts. On AudiWorld, which uses the same forum software they have a moderator thread where one can request delete permissions. I did it a while back and can delete posts over there, but I don't see a similar thread here to request delete permissions and I also don't see a way to delete my posts.
