Looking for a Service Advisor
Yo!
Anyone here a Ewing Mercedes customer? My service advisor, Guy Meredith, is no longer there. Anyone familiar with him or know where he went? I switched to another guy, Tim Weaver, but when I called yesterday, he's no longer with them.
It would be great to figure out where either of these folks have migrated to, but if not, if you have any recommendations for a service advisor at Ewing, that'd be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Out Of Control!!
I bought my car at Ewing, but I quit going there for service. It was too far and I was unhappy with their service. I would take a clean car there and they would get it dirty beyond belief. They took forever to process a loan car. I believe it is their policy to give loan cars only if the repaired/serviced car is in warranty. Like you, my preferred service advisor moved on and there were no other good reasons to do business with them.
I have been going to Park Place in Bedford and I am quite happy with Brian Atchinson. Park Place's policy is to furnish a loan car for any Mercedes being serviced, regardless of age.
