AMSO Run to Utopia
Alamo Mercedes-Smart Owners (AMSO) is getting together for a run from Helotes, TX to Utopia, TX this Saturday. The run out to Utopia will be straight-forward where we’ll stop in at the Lost Maples Café for lunch and libation or two. On the return leg, we’ll divert off the main road at Bandera and take a country road diversion with a run along Medina Lake. All non-AMSO members are welcome to come join us for the run and hang with fellow MB enthusists. Good mix of MB’s with a penchant for SL’s and CL’s. We’re gathering at…
DATE/TIME: This Saturday, 7 Sept at 10:00AM
GATHERING POINT: Starbucks, 12577 Bandera Road, Helotes, TX
We’ll launch from Starbucks a bit before 10:30AM. Utopia is a small Texas town, population of 224. The Lost Maples Café’s claim to fame is that a portion of the movie, 'Seven Days in Utopia', was shot on location in café. So a wee bit of rural Texas to visit along with a dash of Hollywood trivia. Again, all are welcome to join us.
