5/18 Charity Car Show/Wash/BBQ
I'd like to invite you to our first Charity Car Show/Wash/BBQ event.
Please share and save the date.
When?
5-18-2014 Sunday 11am - 6pm (roll-in at 10am)
Where?
Church of the Lord
13 Mountainview Ave. Orangeburg, NY 10962
What?
- Car show: featuring Exotics, Imports, American Muscles, and Race cars!!! We welcome any car/truck/bikes, so bring out yours!!! $10 for pre-registration (via email) or $20 (suggested donations) on the day of event per car, and comes with two raffle tickets with choice of free drink. Every car entered in a show will get a free goody bag.
- Free admission for spectators
- Professional steam car wash (pre-sale for tickets $10 for full wash, $15 for full wash, $10 for exterior only wash on the day of event.)
- Food Bazaar
(Plenty of foods including, Korean BBQ, hot dogs, burgers, soft drinks, and baked goods for sale)
- Raffle for prizes (every hour)
*Prizes include, goody bag, free t-shirts, free food and drinks, and riding in one of the show cars
- Free Kids Zone (face painting, balloons, etc...)
Purpose of fundraiser?
My church is trying establish a non-profit organization that reaches out to under-privileged children in Nicaragua.
We have been going to Nicaragua during summer and help out families who are living in poverty struck area by distributing medicine, glasses, food, and clothes. And we would like to extend this opportunity to make a difference in this world

- Donations/volunteering are always welcome.
*This is Church property and is a family event, so no alcoholic beverage or smoking will be aloowed
**Regular Car meet rules apply! (No burn out, revving, etc...)
