2000 Vito 110 CDi
can any one help?

I have a 2000 Vito 110 cdi poss headgasket fault.

Have new thermostat, water pump ok, engine runs and starts ok heater intermitent.

Coolent system runs at 15psi at idle and around town, but on main roads and fast engine speeds (2000rpm) pressure raises to 20psi untill the cap lets go.

Radiator seems cold but mechanic says he has had the rad hot.

Pipes into and out of heater matrix getting hot.

Had sniffer test for headgasket, passed.
