help need for paint defect claim
I just got a new V class V220D W447 obsidian black from Indonesia dealer. Upon checking, I found there is some color difference between the sliding door and back panel
complain to the dealer and Mercedes Indonesia. So far, I only received statement that the color has not been repainted.
Does anyone find this problem before. And what should I do to get this escalated. Obviously I will not accept if they offer to repaint the back panel and I do detail my own car and I am pretty aware of color difference and orange peel. The new paint will not be the same
Is there anywhere I can also address this issue other then Mercedes Indonesia
