Viano 2013 Auto door has stopped working
Hi all, I have just recently had my left rear auto door stop working.
It still opens and closed manually, however the red button on the pillar no longer lights up, nor does the door open automatically by key fob or the dash control button.
The rear door behind me still works
and opens automatically.
Any ideas, I’ve tried to locate fuse box, thinking it could be that, or could it be in the actuators?
Would love some help
thanks Dave

my interior lights in the front also stopped working with the door...
merc are unable to help me trying to blame the wiring loom and roof mounted dvd.
to me it seems to be electrical fault

Still Unknown
Hello,
I am having a very similar problem with my 2016 Metris. In my case, the dash button still illuminates, but the door will not open with the dash button or the key fob. It is the passenger side sliding door.
Does anyone have an suggestions for the necessary repair?

Fixed
I resolved mine myself. After taking it to Mercedes and they saying it would cost me cost to R80k...
I decided to put my battery on trickle charge to check the battery. 24 hours later when I tried the doors everything worked perfectly , lights doors etc.
In summary all that was needed was the battery to be charged up.
Maybe try charging your battery first and see.
