W639 115CDI does not get permit to start
Hey,
I have this problem that everytime when starting Vito it won't give permit to start until power has been on about 30s-60s.
So when you turn the key, all the lights and stuff on instrument cluster comes alive, some relays snaps on and everything works fine. But when you switch starter position it won't start. Nothing happens. No sound of relays nothing.
When you keep the power on for a while you crank the power on and off for a while then the fuel pump in tank starts up. Then if you switch of the power and then back on and it starts without any problem. After that car works fluently.
When you shut the car as warm and then start again, it starts perfectly fine. When you let it be for a while, some minutes of hours. Then you have the same problem.
When the problem happens and I connect the relays manually for fuel pump, it starts pumping without problem. But from the key it wont. Same goes for starter. If the problem occurs and the you connect the starter relay manually, it will start the car.
Do you have any idea what might be the problem? I changed the SAM (N10) as well, but it did not change anything. Of course there is a possibility that used SAM has the same problem.
Thank you for helping me out!

Yes, I did, The problem was the ECU. There is some component what had to be changed. To find exact spot you could use some freezing spray and heater. Freezing the spot will demonstrate the fault
